Real Win Worth it framework

The Real-Win-Worth It (RWW) framework, developed by Procter & Gamble and explored in MIT Sloan’s Design Thinking certification, is a strategic tool used to evaluate the viability of new products or innovations.

It helps teams assess whether an idea is Real—does it solve a genuine customer need?

Whether it can Win—does the company have the capability and competitive advantage to execute it effectively?

And whether it's Worth It—is the financial return significant enough to justify the investment?

While working on my certification, I used this framework to create a deck that streamlined decision-making for product concepts, ensuring only the most viable ideas moved forward.
